Opened in 1992, this course has a total length of 9,075 m. In the year 2000, it was classified by the prestigious Golf Digest magazine as one of the hundred best courses in Europe.
The course, which is located in the ultra-modern Islantilla Urbanisation, enjoys a privileged climate, and commands stunning views over the sea, contrasted with the lush vegetation around the 27 holes of the course. Players of all handicaps are invited to play any one of the three rounds, of varying difficulty, available. Due to its careful design, with gradual inclines and attractive lakes, and the quality of its Pencross greens and Agrostis fairways, the versatility of the course is assured.
It has hosted several important competitions, such as The Turespaña Masters (1995) won by Alex Cejka, as well as several Challenge Tour tournaments, including the Spanish APG competition.
